Terms and Conditions:

 

Delivery, Postage and Packing:

 

I will endeavour to send out items within an agreed timescale.

In Stock Item: 1-3 Working Days

Out of Stock Item: 3-5 Working Days (need tiime to remake item)

Personalised Items: 1-2 Weeks

International Orders

Europe: 5-7 Working Days

Australia and Rest of World: 10-12 Days

USA: 10-12 Days

 

If for any reason I am unable to do so I will let you know and give an alternate date.

All items will be sent out Royal Mail 1st Class unless an additional cost to send Royal Mail tracked

 

Postage and packing costs will be detailed within the invoice.

Postage and packing costs are non refundable.

International shipping may be possible with certain items but not all items are able to be sent internationally.

 

Commission and personalised items:

 

I will be happy to consider commissions or personalisation of my work; please get in touch.

 

The design and make process:

1) The customer requests a personal project, emails or messages me with as much detail as possible.

2) I draw up a design, sending you a proof once you are happy with the design, I will give you a date when the item will be completed by when everyone is happy, I will ask for FULL payment.Only once the payment has been received will work start on your item.

3) Once the item has been completed I will send you photographs of the finished article before posting out to you, at this point I am able to make alterations (if possible) to the finished item.

 

Returns:

 

Non-personalised and non commission work:

 

You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the item. Please notify me as soon as possible about the issues and you have up to 30 days to return the item.

If the item is defective then I will refund the shipping costs back to you, however, if it is because you just don't want it then you will be responsible for the cost of it's return. Any damage that occurs whilst in return transit is the responsibility of the customer. Once the Item has been received back a refund will be given  and returned to the same method as payment.

 

Personalised and commissioned work:

 

I am unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any personalised items that have been created, in accordance with the distance selling regulations. Damage in Transit:

 

I aim to package the items so no damage will occur, but unfortunately sometimes this is out of my control; in this event get in touch with me within 48 hours stating what damage has occurred. In all cases I will require photographic evidence of the damage, to claim insurance from the delivery company, after 48 hours, I am unable to make a claim from the shipper so will be unable to offer a replacement or refund. I will ask for you to return the item (at cost to myself). Once I have received the item back, I will replace it as soon as possible (personalised items will take longer than non-personalised items).
